Cloud Psych is a Telehealth Referral System and not an Emergency Service.
If you are in a crisis situation (e.g., suicidal thoughts or intent to harm) please see the crisis contacts below.
Please call triple zero (000) to contact your ambulance service nation wide. This is especially important if you or a loved one is at risk of harming themselves or others. Your nearest public hospital emergency department is best placed to deal with such urgent cases where the risks are unmanageable. If you live remotely, your remote ambulance service will guide you to the best urgent care centre close to your location.
Call 13 11 14. Anyone across Australia who is experiencing a personal crisis, contemplating suicide or caring for someone in crisis can contact Lifeline. Regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, our trained Crisis Supporters are ready to listen without passing judgement and to provide support and referrals.
Call 1300 659 467. Suicide Call Back Service provides phone and online counselling for anyone who is struggling with situations in their life, from feeling low or stressed to the more complex issues of suicidal thoughts and grief arising from suicide.
Feeling suicidal is itself a painful experience, but it is not something you have to bear alone. Reaching out for help is an important step towards getting the help you need to keep yourself safe.
